General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tl1971 ("tl1971", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the tl1971 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by every provision contained herein.

Where specific product rules differ from these general terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product only, and these general terms continue to apply in all other respects.

By continuing to use the tl1971 platform after any revision to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

Definitions

  • "Platform" — The tl1971 website and all associated products, services, and features accessible at tl1971.com.
  • "Account" — The registered player account created by a user to access tl1971's services.
  • "Wager" / "Bet" — Any stake placed by a player on a game, event, or outcome offered by tl1971.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tl1971 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

  • You are at least 18 years of age. tl1971 enforces a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and all deposits returned to the original payment source.

  • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

  • You are not registering an account for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit activity.

Any player who misrepresents their age during registration will have their account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. tl1971 conducts age verification as part of its standard KYC process before processing any withdrawal.

Where verification documents are requested, players are required to submit them within a reasonable timeframe specified by the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or account closure at tl1971's discretion.

Account Registration

To access the full range of tl1971's services, including making deposits, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. tl1971 reserves the right to verify all registration information against official documents at any point during your account lifecycle.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the tl1971 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. tl1971 uses a combination of technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate account activity.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tl1971 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. tl1971 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be applied to your account without delay.

Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information stored in your tl1971 account profile — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and payment method details — remains accurate and up to date at all times. Discrepancies between account information and KYC documents may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. Deposits & Withdrawals

tl1971 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and select bank transfer options including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary based on your registered location and account verification status.

Deposits

  • The minimum deposit amount on tl1971 is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier.
  • Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tl1971 account balance within 1–5 minutes of confirmation.
  • All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
  • tl1971 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may charge their standard transaction fees.
  • If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, contact the tl1971 support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are defined in your account settings.
  • All withdrawals require a fully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
  • tl1971 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source-of-funds declarations — for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with its AML policy.

All funds deposited and withdrawn on tl1971 must be sourced from legitimate personal income. Any use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities. Winnings generated through fraudulent activity, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion are not payable and will be forfeited.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

tl1971 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on tl1971 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum bonus deposit threshold stated in the welcome offer terms at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by tl1971 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following general wagering rules apply:

  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from the account along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the bonus terms.
  • tl1971 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits during the wagering of bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
  • Where a player's account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are wagered first by default.

Promotion Integrity

tl1971 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time where it determines that an offer is being exploited, abused, or circumvented by any player or group of players. Suspected bonus abuse — including, without limitation, low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting, and the use of software to systematically exploit promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Section 6

User Obligations

By using the tl1971 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tl1971 platform:

  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration, verification, or transaction process.
  • Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in collusion with other players, whether for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, sharing bonus funds, or facilitating fraud.
  • Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and non-payable. You are required to report identified errors to the support team immediately.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the tl1971 platform, its software, or its infrastructure.
  • Facilitating or engaging in any form of money laundering or other financial crime using the tl1971 platform.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tl1971 staff or other players.

Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all wagers placed on your tl1971 account. tl1971 encourages all players to use the platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion — to manage their gambling activity. Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

tl1971 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may trigger account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
  • Submission of fraudulent, forged, or tampered identity or address documents.
  • Suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
  • Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
  • Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
  • Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these terms, including age requirements.
  • Extended account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account terms are communicated separately.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their tl1971 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before requesting closure, players are encouraged to withdraw any available real-money balance to their verified payment method. tl1971 will process voluntary closure requests promptly. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons should request a self-exclusion instead of a standard closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections including the suspension of all marketing communications.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tl1971 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution to the registered email address on file. Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tl1971 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the tl1971 platform or any of its content, services, or products.

Service Availability

tl1971 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, but makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond tl1971's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. tl1971 will not be liable for losses attributable to platform downtime, including incomplete bets or game sessions that are disrupted by a service interruption.

Third-Party Content

Games offered on the tl1971 platform are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. tl1971 acts as a distributor of these games and is not the developer or primary licensor of the game software. Where a game malfunction occurs due to a fault in the underlying third-party game engine, tl1971 will liaise with the game provider to determine the appropriate resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes or timeframes in such cases. Bets placed during a verifiable game malfunction are void.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the tl1971 platform — including disputes relating to bet settlement, bonus terms, account decisions, or transaction processing — you should first contact the tl1971 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any relevant supporting evidence. tl1971 commits to reviewing all disputes within a reasonable timeframe and providing a written response. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws. The English language shall be the governing language for all dispute proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit tl1971's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law and Amendments

tl1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via their registered email address prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, your only recourse is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 7 above.
